Looking for something fun to do with the whole family on Mother’s Day weekend? Join us for the Mother’s Day Dash – Family Fun Run & 5K at the Blue River Rail Trail! Funds raised at the event will be donated to provide scholarships to Marshall County high school graduating senior girls pursuing higher education the following year.

The event will feature a one-mile family fun walk/run (strollers welcome!), as well as a longer 5K run for those wishing to go a longer distance. The cost to participate in the event is $25 per adult, which includes an event t-shirt, and children under 12 run free with a paid adult! Registration on event day begins at 8 a.m. During the race, there will be live entertainment by a DJ, face painting for kids, as well as a “selfie station” for participants to take a photo as a fun way to remember Mother’s Day 2016!
